Aaron Mosmeyer is a writer and filmmaker with an MA in Communication Arts from The University of the Incarnate Word (2019), where he studied all things media. The filmmaking process, from script authoring to the editing room, awakened his love of storytelling. Since 2020 Aaron has been writing a sci-fi novels, and is currently finalizing this book with an editor. It is a very exciting endeavor, and he cannot wait to share it! At its pinnacle, Aaron believes fiction is capable of examining the depths of human experience through profound existential questioning. He strives to infuse authenticity into fantastical tales, highlighting the beauty even in life’s bleakest moments.
Aaron’s literary achievements thus far include publications in journals from Wingless Dreamer, Nat-1 LLC, and an invitation to read a short story at South Central Modern Language Association Conference, 2024. Additionally, Aaron has volunteered with Gemini Ink, a local non-profit organization with a mission to teach the craft of writing to people of all skill levels.
When Aaron is not writing, he can be found acting in front of the camera, studying mythologies and a variety of spiritual practices, or immersing himself in the pages of a captivating book.

“While clearly an intelligent person with superb writing skills and a personable demeanor, where Aaron excels is his ability to communicate. This is the one unifying factor that has most consistently ensured the success of a project or job (or, without it, doomed that endeavor to failure). Aaron is that rare person whose ability to communicate is commensurate with his diligence and work ethic.”
